Whether for business reasons or a private trip to Vienna, our house offers your fully equipped „flats“ for longer stays starting with five days.

The apartment hotel is located right next to the Hotel Deutschmeister in a green quiet surrounding and close to the city centre. The Sigmund Freud museum is within walking distance.

You have a free choice between one and two-room apartments ranging from 35 sqm to 50 sqm (1-4 persons). All 15 flats are non-smoking areas, newly renovated and refurnished. Wooden furniture and floors create a light and friendly atmosphere, and the flats’ design allows you to work as well as and comfortablely relax in:

Kitchenette with a refrigerator, hot plates, a coffee machine, an exhaust hood, a toaster and a microwave. Moreover, a telephone, cable TV and a micro stereo, there also is a safe in each apartment. 

Parking spaces are provided in the hotel´s courtyard and a nearby car-park situated only 100 metres away from the hotel (chargeable).
